    i have emailed you and been checking the site daily to confirm that you are doing this ride. Are you not getting my emails??   I even sent you a text (but maybe I have the wrong number)

    anyway, I am doing this with a friend and maybe we will see you.  I don’t think either of us is ready for 60 miles, so I hope you don’t mind if we turn around at Richmond or Berkeley.
